services over a fully fiber optic network in Westmoreland County. Citizens is an innovative technology provider
with goals to extend its service area through the expansion initiative known as Fiber Zones. Our main office
is in Mammoth, PA
Citizens Fiber is seeking a friendly, tech-savvy individual to provide exceptional customer service via telephone
and in-person interactions. Depending on the best fit, this will be a part-time or full-time position, which offers
opportunity to grow additional skills within our company as the candidate becomes proficient with the systems that we use.
Provide exceptional service via phone and front office interactions.
Become familiar with customer billing software and provide customer service support.
Provide basic technical support for customers to include programming remotes and provisioning cable boxes and routers.
Respond to emails and online chat sessions from customers seeking billing and technical support.
Support billing procedures to include deposit refunds, payment management, etc.
Support accounting procedures to include processing invoices, etc.
Preferred Skills & Requirements
Understand and value exceptional customer service
1-2 years’ experience in customer interactions
Patient, personable, and attentive personality
Strong attention to detail
Interest in and knowledge of modern technology
Basic technical support knowledge
Hourly Pay commensurate with experience
